BIOGRAPHY
Lim Kit Yng was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 2 October 2025. Lim is a member of Nomination Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics (Statistics) from the University of Bath, England, and brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets, primarily in institutional sales across both local and international financial institutions.
Lim began her career in London as an Actuarial Assistant at Lane, Clark & Peacock, where she spent 2 years before returning to Malaysia to join Aseambankers Berhad as a Money Market Dealer, gaining exposure to treasury operations. In 1993, she joined RHB Securities Sdn Bhd as part of the International Institutional Sales team, serving global institutional equity fund managers.
In 2004, she moved to CLSA Malaysia Securities Sdn Bhd, and in 2007, she headed their sales team in Malaysia. Given her strong client and corporate relationships, market acumen, and strategic leadership in driving the firm's market presence across Malaysia and the region, she was then promoted to Country Head in 2016, a role she held till her retirement at the end of 2025.
With her deep capital market knowledge, analytical skills, and commitment to governance excellence, she brings depth and an independent perspective to the Board.
She also serves on the Board of Frontken Corporation Berhad as an Independent Director.
