BIOGRAPHY
Lee Soon Saam oversees MUN Global, Hartalega’s own-brand distribution arm, where he leads business growth through organic expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships. He is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening market presence, and supporting the Group’s regional expansion strategy.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong.
Saam began his career as a Project Engineer before joining the Group Headquarters as Personal Assistant to the Group Chairman, where he gained broad exposure to corporate strategy and business operations across diverse industries.
He later joined Hartalega as Head of Special Projects, leading strategic land acquisition initiatives to support the Group’s long-term expansion. Subsequently, as Head of Corporate Development, he spearheaded strategic planning and established key corporate functions to strengthen the Group’s growth capabilities before assuming his current leadership role at MUN Global.
