Internship Roadmap

Upon selection, you will be assigned with projects or specific tasks that places you under the training of a supervisor or mentor to help guide you to completion of your learning programme. This is to ensure you get the most out of the experience and prepare you for industry employment or a permanent position at Hartalega.


Selection Criteria

We are looking for dynamic and great thinkers who are at least in the 2nd year degree programme with a CGPA of 3.0 and above with the following disciplines:

  • Human Resource
  • Social Science
  • Arts
  • Accounting
  • Business
  • IT
  • Logistics
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Science
  • Or other areas deemed appropriate

Depending on your area of study, you will be placed in any of our openings in Kuala Lumpur, Bestari Jaya or Sepang for an internship duration within 3 to 6 months.
